My new healthy lifestyle

In line with my friend's comment on me looking more "prosperous", ( My guess is that it's the regular bread suppers) I resolve to lead a healthier lifestyle. At least till school reopens.

Henceforth, I resolve to:

1.Give myself only monthly fast food treats.(...My beloved KFC!No....)
2.Jog at least 5minutes once twice a week
3.Refuse any second helpings religiously.
4.Eat slowly. Statics have shown that one tends to feel fuller when eating slowly compared to gobbling up your food.
5.Sleep early. To prevent myself from having one too many impulsive suppers.

There you have it.The grand plan.I think it's pretty feasible though I do foresee a rainy season dampening my jogging routine. Maybe I can change that to Kbox session. Can train the abs you know?
