K, pirates and cycling

Taking maximum advantage of our saturday night, a group of us NUSWS guys and a girl k-ed the night away at Partyworld in Orchard. The sad thing is that although we were supposed to meet for dinner at a certain MOS burger in Orchard, only I was at the Taka branch and the rest were at some place else. That being said, I think the guys sang bloody well man. I think I should like take some lessons from them or something. Oh...and I think the I heard the best rendition of Shan Hu Hai belted out by Ian and Huishan ever last night.

After an intense four hours of k which ended with Tian Gao Di Hou and left me quite high, we visited Cloud at his workplace at Gelatissimo at Shaw towers. He looked so happy working there, I felt like joining the crew at that moment. But maybe it was the ice cream that tempted me.

Upon a group consensus to watching pirates at GV Plaza Sing after Cloud knocked off, we proceeded to a Kopitiam near there for some supper. I had a bowl of cold Cheng Tng. The noodles looked really good though.

We also tried 'Whatever' and 'Anything' bought from a 7-11 near there. Truth be told, although credit can be given to it's innovative advertising, little can be said about the drink itself. Oh..I think one sentence describes the two drinks almost perfectly. 'Whatever' tastes like chrysanthemum tea and 'Anything' tastes like -wait for it - 7-up.

After two disappointing drinks, we watched Pirates. This time round the crew is saving Captain Jack Sparrow from world's end. In between lame references to Singapore and rather exciting action sequences, I found myself dozing off a little. It's not that its mind-numbingly boring, it's just that I think the series had run its time.

By the time we were done with Pirates, it was already 5 am. I went home, bathed and got ready go to Pasir Ris Park to teach Erina cycling. I don't know if I was much help but it was certainly gratifying to see her cycle quite well after an hour or so. Now it's just down to just avoiding obstacles. Oh..and I got to improve my tompanging skills alot. Haha.
