Eastern Park Connector Network

It was really quite something cycling the Eastern Park Connector Network.

My favourite part of cycling the Park Connector Network(PCN) must be the entire stretch along Changi Airport's Runway. There, you can see airplanes take off and land a few hundred metres from you. You almost feel like you were cycling on the runway with the straight roads of that stretch.

Contrary to my earlier post, we cycled only part of the PCN . To be exact , we tackled only 28 km of it, although it felt a lot less. The more draining parts of the cycling must go to the Pasir Ris area. The uphills were absolute killers. After that it was mainly downslopes and flat ground all the way to East Coast Park.

This event was organised by a group of FYP students from Mass Media in NTU and I think, without a shadow of a doubt, it must be interesting to have a cool FYP project as this. I thought the event was well -organised and for the price we were paying, well worth it.
