Shutter

My left index finger hurts. Most probably it is due to the enormous amount of strain it underwent when frantically and violently pushing the buttons on the Playstation 2 controller just mintues ago. My character was on the verge of being K.Oed by the opponent you see.Eventually I got knocked off a cliff by a side-ways glance of a lance. Basically I sucked at all PS2 games.

We were in Lynette's house. Li Hong, Hui Zhen Xin Hui, Carol,Huiting and some of Lynette's friends were sandwiched into a 9 cubic metres cement box . When we arrived at a rather obstrusive time of 7.30p.m, Lynette friends were watching some Final Fantasy Nine Clips. I thought that the animation in The Incredibles were far better than those i saw on screen. Pasted on the walls were pictures of Japanese Animation I could only dream of knowing. A true blue Anime lover Lynette proclaimed that the part that came next was not worth watching and with a push of a button fast forwarded the VCD to another track.

"Chi fan le, " her mother announced, one hand holding on to a plate of rice, just to tempt us.

Having had dinner before we came, HuiZhen, Xin Hui, Li Hong and I decided to watch Shutter.

"I watched it 4 times liao," Li Hong complained grudingly but yet found himself a comfortable spot to lie on.

I felt lucky having booked my place early.

The movie wasn't scary at all. With my friends promting when the next scary scene was about to take place, I was ready for anything that came. What usually frightened me was random shifting of the bed which was caused by Huiting leaning on one of its beams.

The movie ended and being the cheeky as I was, took some shots.

You see it don't you? That's Lynette with a ghastly expression.

The few survivors left.

I took a taxi with HuiZhen and Li Hong and dropped at Tampines MRT station. Having stopped at a traffic light, I caught up with Huizhen and Li Hong and waved at them as ghostly as I could.

They were not very amused.
