The Aerospace Industry Induction Programme (AIIP) is a one-day outreach event opened to the students of all Secondary Schools, Junior Colleges, Institutes of Technical Education, Polytechnics and Universities. The objective of AIIP is to give students an introduction to the Aerospace Industry and the many interesting and rewarding career opportunities available, and the opportunity to participate in the inaugural Singapore Airshow.
The joint organizers for this event are Ngee Ann Polytechnic and the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore), and supported by EDB, WDA, RSAF, and Singapore Airshow. It will start off with a 3-hour presentation by various keynote industry and academic speakers, followed by a tour of our Aerospace Hub in the School of Engineering. Participants will then be shuttled to the Singapore Airshow in Changi to enjoy all that the show has to offer including stunning flying displays and many photo opportunities of new exciting aircraft and their latest technology.
