Curry Katsu

It's not that often friends invite you over to their place for dinner. That's why when Pan invited the few of us over to his place for Curry Katsu, I immediately agreed.


It was a simple affair with chicken cutlet bought from the Shilin taiwanese store, Curry, broccoli and scrambled eggs but it definitely hit the spot. So much so we had to cook another pot of rice.(It was a small pot,really)

As the cook himself recounted how peeling and cutting the onions made him tear, I realised bliss can be as simple as this.

So thank you Chef Pan and Sous Chef Mashimaro!
