has seen me through one Half Marathon.

Come august, it will see me through another.

I must be crazy.

Last year I ran, I thought I glanced at a piece of Heaven when I saw the finishing line. At that point of time , all the pain coalesced into a ball of unexplainable euphoric joy. Then the aches came on. I'm hoping this time for less aches.

Unfortunately though that seems a little far-fetched. From the 0545 run I had in the morning ( my third training session) ,during which I ran twice around my estate and panted myself to exhuastion in, I conclude that I need more runs.


A piece of good advice

Er.... A lot more.

This year the route starts, as usual , at the esplanade, courses all the way through to East Coast Park, U-turns, passes the national stadium and, interestingly, goes through orchard road at the last leg.
