File manager

Just some updates about my work.

I mainly do some filing work and the assignment officially ended last Friday. I was quite sad because that means I won't have an income. The manager hinted that Friday was my last day and requested for me to pass her my timesheet then. I normally let her sign on Mondays.

So I became a little thick-skined and ask her if I could stay on.

Manager: You got time ah?

Me: Got.

Manager: Ok!

Me: Really?

Me: eh... How much will I be paid?

And that's how from being paid $6/hr by the agency, I am now being paid $8/hr directly by the company.
