LT7

LT7 must be known to all mechanical engineers.

We spend nearly 90% of our lecture hours in there and this morning when what greeted was a new door that actually had a handle, I knew something was amiss. Gingerly,I opened the door and lo and behold, a spanking new lecture theatre complete with the smell of freshly unwrapped plastic greeted me.

I tried to drink in the moment. Bright cheerful red paneled walls, new seats with table tops that -gasp - do not wobble and best of all, my friends in a row - waiting there as if imploring me to ask : "where am I?"

And when I overheard someone ask that from somewhere behind us and replies like "in SMU" or "business school" emanated, I smile, lost in my inchoate thoughts.
